Participation of three LITPRAX coordinators in the FIEALC Conference in Buenos Aires

Between September 19th and 22nd, 2023, LITPRAX coordinators Maja Šabec from the University of Ljubljana, Ilinca Ilian from the West University of Timisoara and Bojana Kovačević Petrović from the University of Novi Sad participated in the FIELAC Conference in Buenos Aires, where they have presented their research results related to translations from Spanish to Slovenian, Romanian and Serbian and editorial policies in their countries, within the framework of the panel “Between socialism and global capitalism. Latin America: intellectual networks and editorial policies in the former socialist bloc” (coordinators Jorge Locane and Bojana Kovačević Petrović). The idea of the LITPRAX project was presented to about 30 conference participants.

During their stay in Buenos Aires, Dr. Maja Šabec and Dr. Bojana Kovačević Petrović presented the LITPRAX project to the students of the Department of Slavic Studies on September 21st at the University of Buenos Aires.
